Canned fruit/vegetable production line

Tomato sauce jade beans are canned foods made mainly from jade beans. The main processes include soaking, pre-cooking in alkaline solution and tomato sauce seasoning. The finished product features intact beans and uniform color. During the production process, multiple procedures such as screening and sorting are required to control the quality, and long-term preservation is achieved through sealed sterilization. Its production process consists of two major steps: raw material processing and soup base blending.

Main Processing Steps
Material selection: Jade beans are divided into sections using a classifier. Moldy, insect-infested, or off-colored beans are removed.
Soaking: Soak in clean water for 16 to 24 hours (2:1 water-to-bean ratio) to prevent sprouting and ensure full hydration.
Pre-cooking: Treatment with 0.05% sodium hydroxide solution at 99-100℃ for 20-30 minutes to soften bean skin.
Cooling & Rinsing: Immediate cooling after cooking and rinsing to remove residual alkali.

Sorting: Separation of plump, intact, and uniformly colored beans by size.
Soup preparation: Blend of tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and starch for seasoning.
Canning & Sealing: Precise filling weight followed by exhaust sealing (300-400 MMHG).
Sterilization: High-temperature sterilization at 116℃ followed by reverse pressure cooling.
