The equipment uses the principle of steam to lay steam pipes at the bottom of the equipment, and the steam pipes are equipped with air outlets. Water is injected into the cooking tank, and steam is used to heat the medium water for cooking. The steam heats the water so that the temperature in the tank is uniform without dead ends.
After the material is cooked, it is output by the conveyor belt and sent to the next process. The upper end features a double-layer mesh belt to press floating materials into the tank for thorough cooking. The heating temperature is fully adjustable from 0-100°C.
