The Fruit Pulping and Deseeding Machine is specially designed for fruit processing lines to achieve efficient separation of fruit pulp and seeds. It operates through a high-speed rotor driven by a motor via a V-belt transmission, ensuring smooth and stable pulping performance. Fruits enter the machine through the feeding inlet, where internal spiral blades continuously push materials toward the pulping rod for crushing and separation.

During operation, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation causes the juice and pulp to pass through the filter screen holes into the next process, while the seeds and residues are discharged from the waste outlet, achieving automatic pulp-residue separation.
