Rinsing Part
Rotary type used for rinsing new bottles. Features a stainless steel clip with a simple structure and easy adjustment. Designed to avoid secondary pollution at the bottle mouth efficiently.
Filling Part
Adopts a constant pressure mechanism valve for fast and high-accuracy liquid levels. The main drive uses high-efficiency gear drives with low noise and automatic lubrication systems.
Capping Part
Ensures correct cap orientation using centrifugal force and separation devices. Equipped with photoelectric switches to stop the host if no caps are detected, ensuring high reliability.
Water Treatment System
Purifies raw water through silica sand filters, active carbon filters, and reverse osmosis to ensure drinkable quality.
Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine
A stable two-step stretch moulding machine capable of producing containers up to 20L for various liquids.
Sleeve Labeling & Shrink Packing
