Dairy product processing technology: Dairy products are foods made mainly from cow's milk or goat's milk and their processed products, with or without the addition of auxiliary materials such as vitamins. It mainly includes liquid milk, milk powder, condensed milk, milk fat, cheese, and milk ice cream.
After raw milk is inspected, it undergoes purification and refrigeration. The process includes standardization, homogenization to reduce fat globules, and pasteurization to eliminate microorganisms. Finally, it is cooled and filled.
Coagulated yogurt: Includes purification, standardization, homogenization, sterilization, cooling, and long-term fermentation before final refrigeration.
Stirred yogurt: Similar to set type, but auxiliary materials are added before filling, following the standard fermentation steps.
