Machine Description:
The QHS series drink mixer is engineered to optimize the proportions of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. Utilizing advanced static mixer technology, the system lightens the water layer and extends carbonizing time to ensure maximum mixing efficiency. It features a CO2 backflow deoxygenation system to conserve gas while effectively deoxidizing. Equipped with high-quality water pumps and SIEMENS electrical components, this automatic system offers coordinated action, high automation, and easy maintenance. It is ideal for soda water, fruit juices, cola, and various soft or hard drinks.
PLC-controlled tank pressure and liquid levels. Includes automated alarms and safety shut-off functions.
Simple button-based interface. Production capacity and gas content can be adjusted without swapping parts.
Utilizes a measuring needle valve for fine regulation, achieving a precision of approximately 5%.
Vacuum deoxidation technology reaches a ratio above 90%, paired with twice carbonating for high CO2 content.
Major Components: Includes CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing device, electrical control system, air provision tank, and necessary piping with ball valves and magnetic valves.
