The juice beverage batching system is mainly used for the automatic production and batching of various juices, carbonated drinks, RTD drinks and non carbonated beverages. The entire system mainly includes high-speed shear mixing tanks, batching tanks, filter machine, homogenizer, instantaneous sterilizer, CO2 mixer, temporary storage tank, pipeline system, control system, water treatment system, CIP cleaning system, etc.
The entire batching process can be controlled semi automatically or fully automatically according to customer needs. The entire system operates with sanitary standards and is easy to clean. All equipment and pipelines that come into touching with beverages and water are made of sanitary grade SS304 or 316L.
Working Steps & Process

Mixing: Beverage additives such as pectin, concentrated juice, and puree are added to the shear mixing tank in proportion and thoroughly mixed.

Sterilization: After filtration, beverages enter a fully automatic flash sterilizer. Time and temperature are precisely controlled.
