The juice beverage batching system is mainly used for the automatic production and batching of various juices, carbonated drinks, RTD drinks and non carbonated beverages. The entire system mainly includes high-speed shear mixing tanks, batching tanks, filter machine, homogenizer, instantaneous sterilizer, CO2 mixer, temporary storage tank, pipeline system, control system, water treatment system, CIP cleaning system, etc.

The entire batching process can be controlled semi automatically or fully automatically according to customer needs. The entire system operates with sanitary standards and is easy to clean. All equipment and pipelines that come into touching with beverages and water are made of sanitary grade SS304 or 316L. Based on our more than 10 years of experience in the beverage industry, each system can be customized and produced according to the specific requirements of each customer.

⚙ Working Process
Step 1: Beverage additives such as pectin, concentrated juice, puree, etc, should be added to the shear mixing tank in proportion and thoroughly sheared and mixed. The mixing time can be set on the touch screen.
Step 2: After shearing and mixing, it is pumped into the batching tank. Syrup and water are volumetrically added and controlled by high-precision flow meters. The batching tank automatically completes the mixing process based on parameters set via the touch screen.
Step 3: Post-batching, beverages are filtered and sent to the fully automatic flash sterilizer. Sterilization time and temperature are automatically detected and controlled to ensure predetermined requirements are met.
Step 4: Final processing involves CO2 mixing for carbonated beverages or direct entry to finished storage tanks for non-carbonated products, ready for the filling equipment.
CIP Cleaning System: A critical component for maintaining system cleanliness. It cleans all mixing equipment, pipelines, valves, and filling machines. Available in fully automatic and semi-automatic models to suit different budgets.
