The juice beverage batching system is mainly used for the automatic production and batching of various juices, carbonated drinks, RTD drinks and non carbonated beverages. The entire system mainly includes high-speed shear mixing tanks, batching tanks, filter machine, homogenizer, instantaneous sterilizer, CO2 mixer, temporary storage tank, pipeline system, control system, water treatment system, CIP cleaning system, etc.
All equipment and pipelines that come into touching with beverages and water are made of sanitary grade SS304 or 316L. Based on more than 10 years of experience in the beverage industry, each system can be customized and produced according to the specific requirements of each customer.
Working Process Steps
1. Mixing & Shearing
Beverage additives (pectin, concentrated juice, puree, etc.) are added to the shear mixing tank in proportion. Mixing time is fully adjustable via touch screen control.
2. Pumping & Batching
Ingredients are moved to the batching tank by rotor pumps. Syrup and water flow are precisely controlled by high-precision flow meters. Automated mixing ensures consistency.
3. Filtration & Sterilization
After sampling, beverages pass through a filter for clarity, then enter a fully automatic flash sterilizer. Temperature and time are detected automatically to meet standards.
4. Carbonization & Storage
Carbonated drinks pass through a CO2 mixer. Non-carbonated drinks go directly to finished storage tanks, ready for the filling equipment.
5. CIP Cleaning System
Ensures cleanliness of all tanks, valves, and pipelines. Available in fully automatic or semi-automatic configurations based on budget.
