The sterilization pot is composed of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlocking device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several pipe orifices.
Application: Sterilization pot sterilization method is usually divided into steam and water types. Water is heated by the boiler steam to 121 ºC. According to different products and heat preservation times, it achieves total bacterial elimination. It is widely applicable to meat products, dairy, egg, bean products, canned fruit, vegetable, and beverage products.
