Equipped with an air heat exchanger to sterilize clean air in the filling chamber, reducing host heating time and extending filter life.
It is designed for a wide range of products including plant-based milk (peanut, soymilk), fruit particle juices, tea, soda water, and other liquid dairy beverages.
Depending on the model, the capacity ranges from 15,000 bottles per hour (Model 3S10A) up to 27,600 bottles per hour (Model 6518A).
The system features a hygienic design where all drives are outside the isolator, rotational movements use liquid seals, and capping heads are protected by bellows to meet 6D sterilization standards.
The line is optimized for PET bottles with mouth diameters of 28mm to 38mm, heights between 150mm to 320mm, and volumes ranging from 330ml to 2000ml.
The system supports an aseptic period of up to 72 hours without requiring intermediate smart cleaning, depending on the specific product being processed.
It uses a triple seal design and oil-free water lubrication for bearings, which significantly reduces the probability of material contamination and increases hardware service life through ceramic-plated technology.
