Product Description

Stainless Steel Juice Homogenization System

Homogenization is the mechanical process where raw materials are put under high pressure and broken down into smaller particles. This equipment can be used widely in production, research and technical development of food, milk extract, drink, pharmacy, fine chemical, biotechnology and other fields.

Many kinds of material such as milk or bean milk can be homogenized under high pressure to considerably thin the fat balls in the milk liquid, which makes the products be easy to be digested and absorbed, and improve the edibleness. This equipment can be used in the production of ice cream to improve the thinness and fraction void of liquid material.

Main Characteristics

System Component Features & Advantages
Lubricate systemUses soft plastic pipes that can bear high pressure and oil. The recycle cooling system reduces driving box's temperature and lubrication waste.
Driving boxEccentric shaft made of special alloy steel. V-model gears offer low noise and good stability.
Wear partsHomogenizing valve, one-way valve and piston are made of high impact and corrosion-resisting special alloy steel.
Pump constructionSquare high pressure covers with high intensity and excellent sealing. Material gate meets food sanitation and pharmacy standards.
TypeAvailable in vertical (low capacity) and horizontal (high capacity) constructions for stability and easy maintenance.
Saving energyDesigned for low energy waste and high efficiency performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the main purpose of the homogenization system? A: It is a mechanical process used to break down raw materials into smaller particles under high pressure, making products like milk easier to digest and improving the texture of products like ice cream.
Q2: What materials are the wear parts made of? A: The homogenizing valve, one-way valve, and piston are made of special alloy steel which is high impact and corrosion-resisting, suitable for CIP (Clean-In-Place) standards.
Q3: Does the system support continuous operation? A: Yes, the equipment is designed for continuous operating type with high stability and efficiency.
Q4: What is the capacity range of your homogenizers? A: Our systems can handle a wide capacity range from 30L/H up to 25,000L/H, depending on the specific model and layout.
Q5: Can this equipment handle chemical products? A: Yes, besides food and dairy, it is widely used for lubricants, disinfectants, paints, dyes, and other chemical applications.
Q6: What kind of after-sales support do you provide? A: We provide a one-year warranty with free wear accessories, lifelong maintenance services, and on-site engineering support for installation and training if required.
