The anchor agitator rotates clockwise, driving materials along the wall. Baffles change the moving direction, creating opposite forces that roll the liquid from top to bottom repeatedly. This ensures the liquid is completely mixed and heat from the jacket is efficiently transferred to every part of the vessel.
