GJB serial high pressure homogenization pump is multi-purposes equipment which homogenizes and refines the liquid material in order to form the high pressure spray. This pump helps the liquid material to achieve high pressure through the reciprocal movement of plunger piston. Meanwhile, it has the function of refining and mixing under the ternary process of extruding, impacting and expanding under the condition of non-pressure.

This pump is to homogenize the milk, bean milk, etc. under high pressure in the processes of producing dairying, which refines the fat globule remarkably contained in the liquid and prevents or reduces the stratification of the liquid. Thus, the degree of fineness and porosity will be better, which reflects the inner quality. Under this circumstance, the finished foodstuff will be easy for people to absorb with prolific value.

The high pressure liquid will be formed into power after the spray drier equipment, which is the important equipment during the process of power-producing. (milk power is one of the examples)

This equipment is also adapted in the medical industry, chemical industry and any other occasions which need high pressure homogenization and high pressure sprayer. This pump is not adapted to the liquid with granular suspending and high viscosity. The kinematics viscosity scale is usually less than 0.2Pa.S.
