• Material: Ice cream milk, Yogurt, Liquid food (viscosity <4000cp, solid 12%-50%).
• Sterilization Process: Feeding (45-60°C) → Homogenization (70-80°C) → Sterilization (85-88°C) → Exit (2-15°C).
• Media: Steam pressure ≥3bar; Compressed air ≥0.6Mpa.
Design Requirements:
• Fully automatic PLC control with touch screen (English/Chinese).
• Built-in CIP cleaning system for in-situ cleaning.
• Manufacturing materials fully comply with GMP standards for food factories.
